Use of the platform
- You are responsible for the music, artwork, text, metadata, and other content you upload or publish.
- You may not upload content you do not own or otherwise have permission to share.
- You may not abuse the service, interfere with other users, manipulate plays or earnings, or use Wavyl for unlawful activity.
- Wavyl may remove content, limit functionality, or suspend accounts that violate platform rules or applicable law.
Content and ownership
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing content on Wavyl, you give Wavyl the permissions needed to host, stream, display, promote, process, and operate that content as part of the platform.
Creator earnings and payouts
Wavyl may include creator earnings, listener engagement, wallet, payout, or token-related features. Those systems may change as the platform develops, and creators are responsible for keeping payout information accurate when they choose to withdraw.
Availability
Wavyl is under active development. Features, availability, playback behavior, account tools, creator tools, and payout-related functionality may change over time. Service interruptions or bugs may occur.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Wavyl as soon as possible.
Changes
These starter terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Wavyl after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
